Great service and a happy puppy!
The process was easy and the customer service folks were helpful. After finalizing everything, I got a call regarding a potential health issue for my puppy. I was offered a refund if I chose to cancel her delivery after speaking with my veterinarian. I chose to go on with the process and I have a beautiful, sweet, healthy puppy. I couldn’t be happier.

We had a great experience withPuppy Spot. We are so happy with our pup. Everyone was very nice and attentive and kept us informed. The breeder was awesome when we met. I couldn't be happier.

Required pet insurance and guaratee unclear.
Very friendly when calling for info on puppies. Good explanation of purchase process and how puppy gets to you. Bad: Too many emails! Insurance solicitations are never ending. Important info on guarantee and how it works is hard to find because it gets lost In the barrage of emails. It was never made clear that insurance is required until after purchase

Excellent Puppy Staff/Premier Pet Transport Awesome
This has been my 4th amazing experience with puppy spot staff.. Each and every person that I communicated with made things just awesome.. I love the treatment they provide their clients and their new forever friend.. I LOVE THIS SITE!!! This was my first experience with Premier Pet Transport and I will no matter what it takes, always use them.. I ran into delivery problems being in Florida with the storm approaching and things were not looking good.. Jered, the owner of Premier Pet Transport called me from his personal cell phone and went above and way beyond what I could have wished for.. I give them 100% my highest recommendation and thank them dearly for all they did for me and my pup!!

Archie is adorable!
My online searches for a cavapoo led me to puppy spot. When i called about several puppies, Sarah promptly returned my call. She explained how the breeders are selected and how the process works. My puppy was 20 weeks old. Three weeks later my pup was delivered. He is absolutely amazing and exactly what my family was looking for. He is healthy, intelligent, loving, and adorable. He was house trained in a week! Thank you PuppySpot for our newest family member!
