Our puppy arrived on time and in great condition. Nathan and Clinton called to let us know they would be arriving a little early which was much appreciated. The puppy was clean and had been fed. They were courteous and professional. Thank you for safely transporting our puppy to us

Joey and Roy were very nice, they had my little boy nice and clean and presentable. Premier pet transport llc made me feel comfortable about the way he was being brought to me. The only thing I wished was better was I asked a few times for updated photos and never got them. Overall the experience was very good and would recommend you guys to everyone I know. My family fell in love with our puppy online, I reached out and inquired. From the beginning puppy spot was professional, helpful and pleasant. The transport gentleman Joey and Roy was awesome and friendly!!!

We ordered a lovely Bichon Frisée puppy named Winston from Puppy Spot. We have had him for 2 weeks now and have named him Coconut. He is incredibly smart is absolutely lovely! I can tell that the breeder worked on crate training because it was very easy to fly with him home. At first, I opted for puppy delivery but became very dismayed after reading some reviews. After some investigation I found out that my little baby would have been in a van in a crate for 5 DAYS to get from Indiana to California! I was in SHOCK! 😮 Upon finding this out I immediately called Puppy Spot and changed my order to Breeder Pickup. I am sooo glad I did! I received a $500 refund which I then used to purchase a plane ticket to Chicago O’Hare. I hired a car and drove out to meet the breeder myself. It was a very joyful and positive experience. I got to spend quality time with Baby Coconut and flew back home with him in the cabin of the airplane. A puppy ticket is $150. Now I have a calm, well-adjusted, and trauma free friend for life! Just remember, this is going to be your new buddy for about 15 years. A little extra effort is WELL WORTH IT! ❤️ 5 Stars on the quality of the dog. We are beyond pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Everyone at Puppyspot was very professional and quick to respond to any questions regarding our pup. I was very hesitant at first because I had seen some mixed reviews about their customer service and or experience overall but I am glad I took a shot at it. We love our Ramsey (now named Kai)!
