Good communication, except for health issue that we didn't learn about until we saw paperwork at delivery.

Received Abrielle on the date as agreed, she was healthy, confirmed by my Vet two days later. Transport was on time, good service. Changed her name to Lily.

Everyone was on time and very organized. They were very nice and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Our Coton de Tulear Maggie arrived Wednesday morning at 2:00 AM as expected. She is all the bundle of love and energy we hoped she'd be! The drivers Nathan T. and Clinton were absolutely perfect! It was pouring rain and storming when they got here, but they kept her warm and dry and ran to the house with her inside his hoodie. She is the cutest, sweetest, SMARTEST puppy ever! She's adjusted to us and our schedule easily, she has only had one small accident in the house and has been going outside since the first day. She sleeps soundly at night and only needs to go outside once per night. She loves her toys and playing fetch, she is totally hypoallergenic, I am allergic to most dogs and cats, but I can play with her for hours on my lap and chest and I have not sneezed or had red, itchy eyes once! We love her beyond measure and are super thankful for Jaco Kennels and Puppy Spot for having such healthy puppies!

This is my second puppy from puppy spot and both have been wonderful experiences. The puppies are pure joy & everyone I worked with made the experience smooth by providing updates, new pictures, and all the information for puppy prep. The first puppy was flown with a puppy nanny, who was amazing. The second puppy was transit with premier pet, I was very nervous about the long drive, but after picking up my happy healthy puppy and seeing the impressive setup I realized there wasn't anything to worry about. These guys care so much for the puppies & everything was so clean. For those that are waiting years for a puppy or are unable to rescue, I always refer puppy spot.

PuppySpot was very helpful. After I decided to adopt my puppy, I received an email almost every day with helpful suggestions on what to bring with me to pick up my puppy, tips on how to deal with separation anxiety, and potty training suggestions. They informed me on what food my puppy was on so I could be prepared. They offer a Ten Year warranty for genetic health issues if you get health insurance, which I was told you only need to get for 6 months for it to be active. It was very reasonable. Everyone was very friendly! I would Highly recommend PuppySpot!

It was a good experience although I feel Like from the point of choosing my Puppy until the arrival definitely was to long of a wait assuming because of transportation they should have other outlets for transportations if there is more than a1-2 week wait

Excellent updates on arrival time. Nathan T. and Clinton were friendly and my new puppy was treated with care and compassion. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you so much for bringing my new best friend to me.
