I Paid $4,000 for a Bernice mountain dog, beautiful and sweet puppy. However, we were promised a healthy puppy with a clean bill of health. We got her with parasite (giardia) and took her to the vet. I Paid $253.85 for her care including medication to take home (antibiotics). I’m going to do everything possible to get her healthy. She has a follow up appointment which will cost me more money. I’m expecting puppy spot to reimburse me for the full amount due to receiving my puppy sick which is contrary to their promise! I’m still waiting on an answer from them in regards to those expenses. Per their policy they can only reimburse $150 total. I hope they make things right and reimburse me for the full amount! Update: After some back and forth with their claims department, I’m expecting a refund of $236.37. Not the full amount of $338.85 that it cost me on two vet visits in order to make sure my puppy was 100% healthy and free from the Giardia. Im not completely satisfied with their efforts in making things right, I would give them a 3.5 stars if possible…I would say that as far as our puppy goes, we are 100% satisfied and love her so much already!

After 100% payment in full, I had to reach out to Puppy Spot 48 hours after payment. There should be improved communication after purchase and planning for pick up. I called 4 times re-explaining that the puppy I purchased was 14 weeks old and local available for pick up. After a week and 4 calls, the pick up was scheduled. Upon pick up, the puppy was dirty with sticky stuff matted in her belly fur. While the puppy was handed to me; I was told she had a hernia. This was also identified in vet paperwork from breeder which means it’s a pre-existing condition and the pet insurance will not cover cost to correct. I’m getting an estimate from my vet Binford Pet Wellness. The communication while making a decision on the puppy was great. The documentation was great though very slanted towards first time dog owners. The volume of emails and phone calls from Fetch pet insurance was extreme. I found Pets Best to have a comparable option for lower cost. Belle Lainey now Keely is extremely cautious but slowly settling in. Other than the hernia she seems to be healthy. Thankfully she and my existing dog Declan have become fast friends.

Our bundle of energy and joy arrived just a few days ago. Premier pet transport and puppy spot did a great job getting Linc to-us. Nathan B and Gary kept us informed of the travel plans and arrived early with a happy puppy. Thanks for that. I was very nervous about purchasing online but all went well. Our vet noted that the Health Certificate was not signed and that the vaccines were not administered by a vet so Linc will get vaccinations again. Not good. I am still very happy.

We used Puppyspot.com to find a Bernedoodle puppy since no breeders lived near us. I was sceptical at first thinking perhaps it was a scam. I read reviews all over the web, including BBB, and the bad reviews were a little unnerving, but everything has some bad reviews. We purchased the puppy and couldn't be happier with the process. It was fast and easy, they gave us a date, time, and place to pick up our new dog, and the pickup went very well. Now we've had him for a few days, I'm glad I decided to trust the site. Also peace of mind came when I found you are able to pay with PayPal. I would buy another puppy from Puppyspot.

When adopting a dog I was told he was socialized. He was not. He is very shy, doesn’t like other humans, came with a yeast infection in his ears, and pink eye which he gave to my other dogs. I would NOT recommend puppyspot. It seems they do NOT check that the breeders and are not honest. I love my little guy but VERY disappointed. It seems like I rescued him from a very unsafe situation from his breeder.
