They were very good about keeping me informed on the delivery process and sent helpful hints on puppy care. Everything went as planned and would use Puppyspot again. Love my new member of the family. Our whole PuppySpot experience was exceptional. Amanda at PuppySpot was so helpful and answered all of our questions and talked to the breeder when we had questions and a joy to work with. Adopting our Mikey went very smoothly and we got Puppyspot Helps along the way even though we have been seasoned toy poodle parents. When we adopted Mikey, PuppySpot set up the transport very quickly so we could get our Mikey home ASAP. Mikey was transported by Chuck and Ryan at Premier Pet Transport who were both great to deal with - very polite and gave us good directions where to meet them for pickup. They arrived ahead of schedule and Mikey was clean, fed, and loved along the way as you could tell by how calm he was when they gave him to us. He was very quiet/calm all the way home. Elaine Mikey's breeder was exceptional and very thorough and gave us a beautiful book with all Mikey’s background about his parents, all his medical records, lots of helpful tips, and lots of pics of him growing up to his 5 months. Overall the whole Puppyspot experience has been exceptional and a real joy for us and Mikey is such a lovebug and we’ve only had him a week tomorrow. We would highly recommend PuppySpot for anyone wanting the perfect pet experience in adopting a new puppy. May God continue to Bless PuppySpot & Premier Pet Transport and all of the angels working at PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport. They are doing a fantastic job finding good homes for these precious babies created by God. So grateful to have Mikey.

November 27, puppy spot has read my review and they refuse to post it because it is extremely negative. This is the kind of company that you are dealing with. First of all, when we went to collect our puppy, the transport van would not let us see the back of the van where her living environment had been for the last four days. When we got her home, her urine smelled like fish and she said had horrible diarrhea. We made an appointment with our veterinarian for the first possible date that she had open and our puppy came to us with a severe case of Giardia and a UTI. We received her on the afternoon of October 3. This is now November 25. She is still plagued with Giardia and a UTI , has had testing, medications, retesting, more medication’s, more retesting, more medication’s, and she is currently still on medication’s and will have to have retesting again. Puppy spot sent us a very sick dog, whom we loved dearly and are doing everything we can to help her , but they will not absolutely not step up to the plate with their guarantee. Very sad that we’ve had to spend so far, $1200 in testing and medication’s for this dog and we are not done yet. Puppy spot, intelligent, stupid, unbending, unsensitive, and just really get the dog again get the dog out and we wash our hands of this. And their veterinarian who checks out the dogs is in fact an employee of puppy spot, which is a huge conflict of interest. I would be very, very, very careful if I were you . I would not recommend this website or their guarantee or their puppies at all. Thank you for listening and your time.

I now feel complete! I have a new wonderful life w/my new addition to my family. I family member that I chose w/the assistance of PuppySpot! A constant companion. I will do everything in my power to give, Pierre the BEST LIFE EVER! PuppySpot was there for me every step of the way! Informative, helpful, friendly assistance! I thought that I was told that the pick up point would be 50 miles or less & it was approximately 80. I later learned that that was approximate. The only other misunderstanding that I had w/PuppySpot was that I thought a travel carrier was included for my journey home after the in person pick up. All went well & surprisingly quick when greeted by friendly DALLAS & CLINTON!! Everything went smoothly & I could tell that Pierre had travelled w/kind & caring DALLAS & CLINTON. I would definitely recommend DALLAS & CLINTON as pet transporters. Well educated & capable employees of PuppySpot! Thanx!
