My son and I just got 2 puppies from Puppyspot. They were easy to work with and I felt comfortable getting a puppy from them because of all of the care they take vetting the breeders they work with. I was told my dogs' parents were genetically tested before they were bred for eyes, heart, knees and hips. I believe they were very responsible. And my puppies are amazing!

I originally wrote a 5 star review for this company. I love my puppy I received back in Aug 2024. I just can’t keep quiet about they made the decision to neuter my puppy after I had already purchased it. Their terms and conditions state, “as is”. I should have been consulted, no matter the reason. It was my puppy! I would have done it at some point, but they told me to be grateful that they took upon theirselves.I am not! I do not believe in neutering at 14weeks old. It was not an emergency! They offered me $150. What an insult!

Premier Pet Transport provided excellent service delivering my new puppy. All correspondence was timely and accurate, I never felt that I was left wondering what would happen next. My drivers, Joey and Roy, were prompt and efficient, and they were just as happy to be able to give me my puppy as I was to receive her. Thank you!

PuppySpot is a well organized, professional network. Their breeders are held to high standards, all communication is clear and accurate, our puppy appeared healthy and happy on their website, and she arrived exactly as presented. It is obvious to us that she was bred with attention to care. Breeders provided birth, health care and dietary background and the transporters arrived early and were waiting when we arrived for pick up. Attention was given to making our puppy adoption a comfortable and easy transition for us and our puppy. We highly recommend PuppySpot to anyone considering adopting a puppy into their lives.

We had two puppies delivered. Both mini goldendoodles. Prior to the delivery the information given to us was timely and accurate. We were told to be at the pick up location at 2:30 PM. We arrived and the driver was exactly where he said he would be. And on time. We had about three or four other pick ups at the same time. The Both Chuck and Ryan were courteous, patient and professional. We had to wait only a few minutes while they delivered puppies to the other clients. Our puppies were clean, happy and exactly as we expected them to be. Pictures were taken of the puppies with us and immediately sent to our phones So there was no weight in receiving them. I don’t think anything could’ve been done to make the experience easier and happier for us. I would use puppy spot and premier pet transport LLC again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience with Puppyspot and Premier Pet Transport (Joey and Roy). With both agencies, we were fully informed along the way and any questions were promptly answered.

They don’t even deserve one star. They sent me a dog with three health conditions. One of the conditions was an umbilical hernia. The puppy had a huge ball in his stomach. They did not disclose this to me before sending me the dog. They portrayed the puppy on the phone as healthy. We did not find out about his medical conditions until we received him with transport. Three medical conditions were checked on the “health report” the puppy spot health report said that if a dog has health conditions they need to disclose it to the customer and send photos. They did not disclose his conditions to me before sending the puppy and they did not send photos prior to his arrival. When we asked to return the puppy they refused and said we could surrender him with no refund. After days of calling puppyspot and talking to endless supervisors they finally agreed to return there sick puppy back and we have them on recording acknowledging they had the pictures of the puppies health issues but they said they felt they didn’t need to disclose to us. They gave us a sick dog and we were able to return him and now we are out $1,000. We paid them $3,200 for a puppy and they only refunded us $2,200 back. They are all about the money they don’t care about the health of the puppies they are selling they are just about the quick buck. The breeder of the puppy was Ernest Yoder and he is a puppy mill breeder with health violations of rat droppings in his facility and other usda health violations that can be found online. The Ernest Yoder breeder has 108 breeding dogs and 116 puppies. They work with puppy mill breeders with health violations and they sell sick dogs. This company is an absolute fraud and they are scammers who will fraudulently sell puppies as healthy and trick you. Do not buy from them unless you want dogs with genetic issues and health problems.

I had high hopes when I started the process of adopting a puppy from Puppy Spot. Prior to making the payment on November 19, 2024, I received numerous calls, sometimes even as late as 8 PM, urging me to complete the adoption process. However, once the payment was made, the level of service dropped dramatically. The first puppy I chose was already sold, but the site wasn't updated for several days. When I finally selected another puppy, things seemed to be back on track, but the following day, I was locked out of my account. Despite several emails to their help account, I received no assistance. I've tried calling multiple phone numbers, but they rarely answer, and when they do, I'm placed on hold for an extended period only to be told they're still working on scheduling a date for us to receive our puppy. It's been nearly two weeks with no updates on the vet check-up, and the promised videos have never arrived. While some people might have had better experiences, for me, this has been a lesson learned to take my business elsewhere.
