Stay away from this puppy mill, do your research on all the complaints about them. my pup was born with an abnormally small liver that almost cost him his life, after 3 days in ICU and over $7k in medical bills, he will have health issues the rest of his life.

Puppy Spot is quite attentive to selling dogs, but they’re quite slow on the customer service side once you pay for your new pet & await delivery. Had to inquire several times for some basic follow ups including pick up arrangements from the breeder as well as the breeder info, which they promise to provide automatically 3 days prior to pick up. Took several attempts to finally get someone on the phone to confirm that info, then they don’t even apologize for their failure to follow up on their promises. We spent several thousand dollars on our new family member, yet they fail on the simple accommodation & customer service aspects. Then when our vet pointed out some potential serious health issues with our new pup once he joined our family, we could not get anyone from Puppy Spot to respond adequately or timely. Was our 2nd time working with Puppy Spot but we would not use them again.

I would give 5 stars. I previously wrote one for 1 star because there was zero communication after I paid. Fast forward. Puppy spot got the review and called me. I got the most wonderful pet nanny who delivered the cutest baby ever. It made the wait the best. Puppy spot promised they would communicate with their clients better and took it serious so A plus. Thank you ! I hope everyone adopts and rescues. I ended up to wanting to find the same kind of dog I rescued so I did. The travel nanny was so great. Sara!

Very easy to view puppies specific to the breed you want to purchase. Easy delivery system via a Sprinter van where we picked up our new puppy close to our home. The delivery people, Dallas and Ryan, were great! Puppy was exactly as advertised.

Joey and Roy, excellent gentleman they were super kind and super helpful to find them in the parking lot. They made sure they asked me for my ID before I saw our new dog. It was very kind of them to deliver our furry friend dealing with puppy spot to get a dog was a great experience first time ordering a dog online. next time I would go through them. We had a great experience with PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport. Everything was done just as they said it would be. Our drivers, Joey and Roy, were great. They texted us to let us know they would arrive a little early and were very friendly when we picked up our pup. I would have liked if the breeder would have provided updated photos to PuppySpot to send to me while we were waiting for our puppy to be old enough to come home, but it wasn’t necessary. Thanks again so much! We are so happy with our puppy and our experience!
