We love our new baby, Standard Poodle! The people at PuppySpot were awesome. We called them multiple times before we decided to get her & they were always kind, helpful, & understanding. They were a big part of our decision. They spent time talking to us, telling us about the family our puppy was coming from & assuring us of the process. Premier Pet Transport delivered our baby to us & they communicated with us the whole trip. They took excellent care of our new family member and delivered her to us happy and healthy.

So far so good. Great communication, great delivery service, arrived early, no issues. Perfect handoff. Nathan T and Clinton where great at handoff.

Does not even deserve one star. I’ve been fighting them for 2 years to honor the health guarantee and I’ve about given up. We bought our French bulldog in the beginning of January 2022. We made an initial inquiry and was then harassed for 2 days to complete the purchase. After paying for our puppy the communication was non-existent. Travel date changed twice and we finally received her on February 27, 2022. Unfortunately, we had just been in a major car accident suffering multiple injuries. I called Puppy Spot to tell them this and that the soonest vet appointment for a well check was 1 day over the two-week allowed timeframe. Puppy spot assured me that was okay and they would still cover under the health guarantee should anything be wrong and wished us a speedy recovery. They blatantly lied. I received a very sick puppy: yeast ear infections, skin and tail folds infections, Garadia, an intestinal parasite that I had to pay a $250 GI panel for to find out what was wrong with her. She has not been healthy for one day since we got her with constant skin infections and ear infections. Then in late 2023 she started having seizures out of the blue. She is now on 3 seizure medications that have to be given throughout the day 3x. She requires so much attention medically and I get stressed any time I have to be out for an extend time frame. I’ve had to had have my parents go over to give meds when I’ve gotten stuck in traffic. Sometimes I’ve even had to call my neighbors to do it when my parents weren’t available. She has to get bathed weekly with prescription shampoo to stop the skin infections that she still has problems with. Steroid stray for her skin allergies and so much more. Puppy spot has flat out refused to honor the health guarantee or reimburse me any portion of the thousands in vet bills I have paid. They have refused to return calls or emails. I have provided all the vet bills and everything they’ve asked for but they want me to get an MRI to prove it’s seizures when she’s on seizure meds and the vet has said it’s seizures and I’ve provided the vet documentation. An mri cost $3,000-4,000 and a 2 hour one-way trip to the vet hospital to get it. They will do anything to not honor the health guarantee. They claim their breeders are vetted and held to very high standards, don’t believe them. My Frenchie was supposed to be a purebred and she is anything but purebred with a multitude of health problems to the point we are now have to consider putting her down because of them. She has no real quality of life and I’m absolutely devastated. I will never use puppy Spot again nor will I ever recommend them. The stray I fostered & adopted off the street is healthier then my “purebred French Bulldog.” It’s sickening how this company lies to people and even steals from them by giving us sick, poorly bred dogs and then refusing to hold up their end of the contract with the health guarantee. If I don’t get contacted by PuppySpot before the end of the year 2024 I’ll be seeing them in court because I’ve had it!!

Everything was handled great…from my initial order of William (now named Bodi)…to the final day of delivery! There was constant email information sent, from the puppy purchase, the Pet Insurance and the Complimentary Vet visit, which kept me current on a daily basis. Delivery was on time…and well taken care of by the trusted drivers! Thanks to all!

Joey and Roy from premier pet transfer were excellent. Good communication and on time. A wonderful experience.

There were problems with coordinating the transport, but puppyspot made it right. Ryan and Richard from Premier Pet Transport were outstanding.

Nathan B and Gary were on time, pleasant and prepared. And our puppy appeared comfortable and calm.

Nathan T. And Tyler were awesome! Right on time, warm and welcoming and friendly. I was waiting for an Uber ride with my friend and it was freezing outside. They kept puppy warm and waited a couple of minutes for our ride to show up. Given that is was 10pm, we really appreciated their kindness and consideration! I love my puppy and she is doing really well. Thanks again for getting her to me safely- keep up the good work Skyler and Nathan!! Merry Christmas 🎅🏻🙏🏻🥰
