Puppy spot truly made the process of getting our Furever best friend so seamless! We loved our drivers Nathan t and Clinton they made everything so easy for us! We have recommended puppy spot to everyone we know looking for a new best friend

This was an amazing experience. We found our baby, Rudy, on your site. I first called just to get information. Sarah Dowling was phenomenal. She was so knowledgeable and patient with answering our questions. We communicated with her several times before deciding on Rudy. After the purchase, we received multiples emails from Puppy Spot preparing us for our baby. Nathan B. and Gary, our delivery drivers contacted us throughout the journey from Ohio to Georgia. We were nervous about getting a puppy, but your process helped us welcome Rudy without worry.

The entire process, from the moment I researched this site, to our concierge who answered every single question we had, to the drivers Dallas and Buck, who delivered our little bundle, was easy, smooth, and enjoyable. There were no hidden fees and everything was super out in the open. We will absolutely be back here soon to purchase another puppy. Thank you so much!

Ryan and Richard were where they said they would be at the time expected. The whole experience could not have been handled more efficiently and professionally. Very, very happy

From love at first cuddle, my Maltipoo Trisket has been a total mischievous joy! She's healthy, happy, and oh so easy to be with. Trisket, after only 3 days, has trained herself to a pee pad! PuppySpot answered (within minutes) all my questions about her care and what I could expect as a puppy parent.

So appreciate all the help from the Puppy Spot personnel, especially Sarah. The transport drivers were Dallas and Buck. They were early at the pickup location and I thank them so much for calling us, of course we were an hour earlier than need be. The transition went very smoothly. Love Love Love my Teddie! I recently adopted a 28 week Cavapoo named Sicely, and I gotta tell you she’s everything I dreamed a good puppy could be, I just love her She is beautiful with white teeth and red curly hair. Puppy spot took very good care of her, raising her and with veterinarian needs. Sicely also walks so well on a leash, she doesn’t pull at all and loves to walk around and get attention from everyone. Sicely is already house trained, crate, trained, and she travels well in my truck in the nice canvas soft crate I have for backseat She is my perfect little baby. I am so happy. 😁 The only thing I question is that the insurance I bought from puppy spot wasn’t and couldn’t be used at Petsmart Banfield veterinarian so I had to buy insurance a second time through Banfield. I am hoping puppy spot will work with me and canceling the insurance I bought from them. Otherwise, I am 125% happy with my little Sicely

Ryan and Richard did an excellent job they were on time thank you for your service
