I liked that you kept me informed of things to do. I have had puppies before but a lot of people haven't. I liked the updated pictures of her.

Excellent experience with Puppy Spot. They were so informative and responded to questions via phone or text very quickly. Very helpful coordinating logistics with the breeder. We now have the best, most adorable puppy ever and we are so grateful for how easy Puppy Spot made it for us.

Our puppy is perfect! Healthy and beautiful!!! However, I was discouraged by the lack of active communication during the transition process. I received an overwhelming amount of emails and texts, but not any other more personalized communication. Most concerning, I was told that my puppy would arrive at the airport on Thursday evening, but received a call that she had already arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Without any notice, I had to cancel other obligations on the fly to make the 3 hour drive to the pickup location. If I hadn't been able to lean on my family and friends so heavily at the last minute, my puppy might have had to spend the night in a crate at the airport. I was very distressed that the flight plans could change without anyone bothering to inform me before she was already at the destination airport.

We understand your frustration with the communication during the transition process. We strive to provide clear and timely updates to our customers, and it seems we fell short in this instance. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our communication practices.

Puppy Spot employees were exceptionally friendly, excited for us, and encouraging. Their communication with us was clear and comprehensive. After a long flight, our puppy looked like she was just out of the groomer. However, after traveling with 7-8 other dogs on the airplane, she caught kennel cough which was no fault of Puppy Spot. This dog is excellent in disposition, intelligence, and physique. We highly recommend Puppy Spot! The entire experience was excellent. Our only disappointment was that she was headlined as a "miniature" Portuguese Water Dog. The only thing miniature about her is that her legs seem short than our previous water dog.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you were impressed with our team's friendliness and communication. We strive to make the adoption process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our customers. We understand your concern about the size of your puppy. While we do our best to provide accurate descriptions, individual dogs can vary in size and appearance. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work towards providing even more detailed information about our puppies.

We took our time looking for the right pup to join our family and throughout our search we received support and not pressure. When we found the right pup, our contact worked swiftly to get him reserved for us, and everything went smoothly to make payment and get transport scheduled. We received excellent communication and updates throughout the transport process and we were so happy to have our pup home with us. He settled in well within a couple of days, which was a pleasant surprise considering the long route to be with us. Our vet check up confirmed everything that was on the paperwork we received, and most importantly that we had a very healthy puppy. This is the first time I’ve acquired a pet that I had not met or interacted with in person, and I have to say that I would do it all over again! Thank you for helping us find the perfect puppy for our family!

There is no bennefit to going directly through PuppySpot. You get nothing additional. Find a breeder online and go through them directly for a third of the price. PuppySpot messed up just about every step of the way with us. It ended up causing many issues. They will not do much to help.
