I Loved seeing pics of my Paw boy. Would've been helpful to contact the breeder, for updates on health due to privacy I understood.

Perfect Puppy, Customer Service OK
Our puppy was perfect! She arrived clean, happy and super socialized - the breeders did an amazing job. The transportation service was great also, on time and she wasn't scared at all when she was handed over to us. The initial customer service we got was great (they call you right away when you ask about a puppy) but the follow up help wasn't - they didn't speak english well and didn't follow up on things we asked for so I had to call back or email instead. Also, the upselling with all the different products got annoying after awhile. We did choose to use Fetch pet insurance though!
