Overall very good experience
Purchase and delivery perfectly executed by Puppy Spot. We had 2 puppies from two different breeders shipped to us via American Airlines and everything went like clockwork. Received our two healthy puppies and we couldn’t be happier! Helpline for questions answered promptly by Puppy Spot staff. Sometimes through no fault of the Puppy Spot staff, answers from breeders were not always so prompt and required multiple calls. We were slightly disappointed not to get to speak directly to the breeder to discuss our questions. That is our only reason for 4 stars instead of five.

We appreciate your kind words about your experience with Puppy Spot. We're thrilled to hear that the purchase and delivery process went smoothly, and that you are happy with your new furry family members. We understand your desire to connect directly with the breeder. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients, and we value your feedback. We will continue to work with our breeders to ensure prompt communication and a positive experience for all.
