The puppy spot was fantastic, from the whole group, which consists of the puppy spot representative, the delivery crew, and the breeder. Our puppy arrived at the appointed time and date, healthy and bursting with energy. We are quite pleased and appreciative of the entire experience, and we were well-prepared thanks to all of Puppy Spot's advice. Most importantly, he brought his medical records, which was beneficial and the veterinarian declared him to be in excellent health. We adore Ash, and I would like to thank the entire Puppy Spot team for safely bringing him to us and for the breeder who took such amazing care of him! They were absolutely wonderful, and I truly appreciate everything they did… One of the recommendations has been updated following our recent experience. We had initially expected Fetch Insurance to cover up to or close to 80% of the cost after taking Ash to his first veterinary appointment. However, they only reimbursed us for about 10% of the total bill. Therefore, we ended up paying around 90% of the cost ourselves. This outcome has led us to reconsider our previous recommendation regarding the insurance provider.

The dog in the photos was NOT the dog shipped! The chaos at America Airlines in Ft Worth Tx. and being cussed out by breeder when we REJECTED dog to be RETURNED to LAX and the condition of the dog sent was sickening!! The photos were stolen of a 100% European Doberman along with pics of parents!! After almost 5K spent this was a 64th birthday present for my husband and the torment and heartbreak!! I know there are good breeders and a lot of great reviews but BE Careful and Request updated pics before travel arrangements, they can’t hide or lie when photos/ video are up close if what you are purchasing BEFORE you get heart broken and then deal with rejection and making breeder return dog for another 600.00. !! Then take photos to then get your money refunded all DUE to FAKE BREEDER!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with PuppySpot. The communication of the entire team I worked with during the purchase of our puppy Winnie (originally Patti) was amazing! And the pet transport driver that delivered her to us was very friendly and professional. Our puppy arrived healthy, clean and happy! And, we continue to get helpful follow up emails from PuppySpot with care and training tips. Highly recommend!

The Havanese arrived just as advertised. Inquires were answered promptly and professionally. The puppy was obviously well taken care of from birth. Very happy with PuppySpot in all regards.
