Transportation and communications
Transportation and communication was great! Drivers arrived early and our beautiful DACHSHUND looks great upon arrival. Hopefully we have no problems going forward and we’re looking forward to purchasing another dachshund in the future! THANKS PUPPY SPOT!!

I rec'd the puppies I expected…
I rec'd the puppies I expected eventually. It would have been nice had the location information included things like the meet was in a parking lot in Richmond, IN. It would also have helped had someone notified the breeder that I was in fact coming on the 31st to get the puppies. Outside of those hiccups everything went fine and Finnley and Flora are now at home in Johns Creek, GA.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and congratulations on welcoming Finnley and Flora to your home in Johns Creek, GA! We’re glad to hear that everything went smoothly overall, but we're sorry for the lack of clarity around the pickup location and the communication hiccup with the breeder. We understand how important it is to have clear, timely information—especially when you're making a special trip to meet your new pups. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for future puppy parents, and we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We're thrilled that Finnley and Flora are settling in, and we’re here if you need anything along the way.

Great experience
I have to say I was a little hesitant about getting a puppy through PuppySpot all the way to the pick up. Even with everything going very smoothly. Alan at PuppySpot answered all of my questions and was so very helpful. The breeder was at the meet point on time with my adorable puppy. Highly recommend PuppySpot

The communication was very open and…
The communication was very open and honest. I was made known of the steps to follow me finding and choosing Happy. There were some hidden charges though I didn't care for. The personnel bringing her towards myself, let me know that they changed the location of meet only because it was an empty parking lot, right next door, and a little early.

We're glad you found our communication open and honest during the process of finding Happy. We understand your concern regarding the unexpected charges and the location change. We appreciate your feedback.

They are a scam
I bought a bernedoodle for them they told was supposed to be a Medium size dog but she’s a mini size. They are a total scam don’t buy dogs from them. When I got my dog she was skin and bones.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern regarding your puppy’s size and are truly sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t matched your expectations. While we do our best to provide as much information as possible before placement, predicting a puppy’s exact adult size can be difficult due to natural variation—even within the same breed or litter. This is why we’re transparent upfront that we cannot guarantee specific physical traits such as height or weight. That said, your puppy received a healthy body condition score during their pre-travel veterinary exam, which indicates they were in great health at the time of departure. However, we absolutely want to support you and are here to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help however we can.

I disliked the non communication…
I disliked the non communication between me and the delivery service They set the time date and location for delivery. I on the other hand live in this town, I could have saved them time and get them back on the instate faster, GPS does not always prove reliable in WV, The guys ere great the dog was great at being in the back seat, He is a calm puppy is and He has siblings, go get a puppy for your home,

Thank you so much for your feedback. We're glad to hear your puppy arrived safely and that he's doing so well—calm and sweet in the back seat sounds like a perfect travel companion! We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding the delivery arrangements. We understand how frustrating it can be when local knowledge isn't taken into account, especially in areas where GPS can be unreliable. Your insight could have definitely helped streamline the process, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It’s great to hear you’re happy with your pup, and we love your encouragement for others to welcome a new furry friend into their home. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps us improve both our communication and overall experience.
