Most everything and everyone was fabulous. My only complaint was that I couldn't find an area to enter the $200 off special. Puppy spot called and credited my account. It was very kind of them. I've been very pleased with my experiences.

This is the first time I have adopted a puppy from a breeder through an online service and it was a great experience! Puppyspot provided daily updates throughout the process and sent us lots of helpful information and discounts, etc. We met our fur baby River two days ago and he is as beautiful as he appeared in the pics and videos. We are totally in love with him.

The communication about my puppy and the added video was wonderful! The only glitch was when I was at the assigned destination for pick up. The dog drivers were running late and I had no idea where they were in a giant Costco parking lot. I think the guys should relay information on their status within the hour. Example might be-“We are a little behind schedule and we’ll be parked at the back of the parking lot.” Show a picture of their van would be helpful. I was very excited about seeing my puppy and driving around in circles in this unfamiliar parking lot was stressful.
