Puppy came by air and I was led to…
Puppy came by air and I was led to believe he would be transported by vehicle. I was charged $600. Air trans port is much cheaper but harder on the pup. I feel that you should get purchasers agreement before switching delivery type.

Outstanding
This is the first time our family has used puppy spot. We definitely will use them again as our family grows! We love our baby puppy Bianca and the experience with all the professionals at puppy spot. Fabio was amazing answering all our questions and being so patient and friendly. The transport service was excellent and very top notch! The transition to bringing her home and our experience was A+++

Great company, great service.
Our experience of Puppyspot has been seamless. From my first tentative inquiries to selecting our new pup was a great experience. All my questions, concerns and slight anxieties were relieved by any of the concierges we spoke to. Our Ronnie arrived exactly as scheduled and we couldn’t be happier.

I’ve had a great experience from finding my puppy to speaking to the person that coordinated it for me to the education emails to the transportation and Delivery company. Everything has been smooth. My puppy is a joy and I can’t think everyone enough.
