Kept me updated on the puppy's status, however I think it should be stressed to the breeders that they need to start crate training early. Crate training and potty training at one time does not work to well.

All went well with the adoption of my puppy! She is so darn cute and doing well with meeting people and other dogs! I have two cats and they are getting along better every day! The delivery went smoothly! All was good when Autumn was checked out by my vet! He one ear needed to be cleaned out and I need to put drops in both ears for ten days! Thank you!

They told me the all puppies are healthy but me got sick two days later. The vet told me he came that way and PuppySpot refused to take responsibility for sending me a sick puppy.

The process was very easy, the coordination of travel was excellent, and the overall experience very trust worthy. I enjoyed using the portal to track progress and communicate. Response to my questions was very fast. My puppy arrived safe and well.

The whole process was smooth and easy. Found our puppy online, called to purchase, was sent a delivery date, and all was perfect! We got our puppy last night and he is an absolute joy! Puppy Spot had open communication and was available to answer my two phone calls when I had questions. Every staff member was supportive and we are super happy with our new family member!
