From the moment I called until the delivery of my puppy, everyone was above standard. Very helpful, not pushy even when asking the same question 45 different ways, changing my mind, offered advice. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know that would like a puppy. Thank you so very very much.

Liz was my salesperson, she was amazing! I’ve never gotten a dog like this before. But she went above and beyond to help me. After a few texts and a callback, I got my puppy! TinkerBell is coming home….yay!

I was a little concerned about using PuppySpot, but after reading all the great reviews, I chose to use it. They were very kind and helpful. They kept me updated frequently. I received all the puppy's healthcare records when she was delivered. They called me on a Sunday about a small issue she may have with her kneecaps. They asked me if I still wanted her. My last pup, a Maltese, also had those issues, so it did not concern me. She was delivered straight to my door. We lover her so much! It was a terrific experience!

We ordered the door-to-door delivery option. The delivery was on time (in fact about 2 hours early). The agents gave us a full record of our new beagle. We are highly satisfied with this service, and would recommend it to others.
