We recently adopted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel through PuppySpot, and our experience has been outstanding from beginning to end. A few weeks before the scheduled arrival, PuppySpot proactively informed us that the breeder had identified a minor congenital issue. They were completely transparent, provided all the details we needed, and gave us the space to decide whether to proceed. We truly appreciated their honesty and the respect they showed throughout that conversation. When our puppy arrived, she experienced some stress from the long journey and required brief medical attention. We reached out to PuppySpot, and they were supportive, responsive, and stayed in communication the entire time. They genuinely cared about her well-being and assisted us with the unexpected medical costs that came up. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a challenging moment much easier for our family. Today, our little girl is healthy, happy, and absolutely adored. She looks exactly like the photos we fell in love with — something we were unsure about at first — and her personality is even sweeter than we imagined. PuppySpot delivered on everything they promised: clear communication, accurate information, and a beautiful puppy who has become a cherished part of our family. As an additional review, PuppySpot did, in fact, reimburse my first vet appointment. Thank you, we have since acquired additional vet fees, as my poor little buddy still can't get rid of his intestinal problems. Now he is on three medicines to try to combat this issue. I certainly hope PuppySpot comes through for my little buddy and me. I wish they had started these medicines and sent them home with me on his release vet checkup.

PuppySpot delivered Charlie the evening before scheduled and the process was seamless. The puppy, Charlie, was well cared for and interacted with us and our other two pets and Charlie is well adjusted and fits right in

After almost 3 weks after my order I had not heard about travel plans. I called and that started the ball rolling. Within 5 days I had my puppy. Once the process started it was seamless. The puppy arrived and was delivered safely by James from Pet Premier. All of the medical records and information from the breeder was provided. We love our new puppy.

We had a great experience with puppy stop Andres was very patient with us with all of our questions and had all the answers. From picking her to completing the process the whole team was great keeping you in the loop from start to finish. The only thing that I wish would allow was talking to the breeder and getting more videos. Upon picking her up the puppy carrier was well informed also. We are very happy.

PuppySpot (and all their people) have been just great. The delivery drivers...not-so-much. All their answers to questions (ANY question) were "The papers are in the office," which might have been great but we were NOT in any office! Delivered around 10 PM early because "we are in the area" totally unexpected but made do. On delivery puppy seemed "drugged" but perked up quickly.

After reviewing everything, what bothers me the most is the limited to ZERO contact I had with the breeder! Very discouraging! Did the the breeder do a journal on my dog every week? Most reputable breeders would have done this! I didn’t get a copy of my dogs weekly accomplishments and I feel I should have for this amount of money! Did PuppySpot do good by me! Yes, but what I listed above is how they could of done better!
