This based on my 1st puppy ...Leeza (Girl) bichon/poodle mixed seem well taken care of she was clean and so soft and seem healthy i took her to the back yard to potty she played with the rest of my herd for over an hour ... then she started her investigation of getting to know the house ... prices are high but if your looking for a special kind breed you will have to pay the big bucks for him/her and of course delivery fees .. i do believe due to the price you pay for the puppy it self it should be included but the company that did delivery were kind and seem very caring to the puppy and so on the other hand you get what you pay for .... i even tipped them the pup was delivery to my front door ...GOOD JOB!!

My experience with PuppySpot has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The puppy I received arrived with a large, clearly visible scar that was never disclosed in any of the paperwork. Their so-called “nose-to-tail” inspection either failed entirely or was never performed with any real care. The explanation I received was vague and unhelpful, and I was told both the breeder and veterinarian simply “overlooked” a 1.5-inch scar—an excuse that is hard to take seriously. Even worse, the only resolution offered was an apology and a question about what I wanted to happen. This is irresponsible, misleading, and far from professional.

My puppy came healthy and happy. I was updated about everything and when I had an address change at the last minute, they weee very helpful and very kind.

Puppy delivered as scheduled however despite coming with a vet check from the breeder the puppy’s leg joints are showing signs the puppy may have been kept in a confined space for the first 2 months of his life and lacked exercise. Rear legs are splaying and very loose. Now advised by my vet to closely monitor his leg joint development, provide dedicated leg exercises and if little improvement in next few week X-rays required to identify if there is a genetic issue. In response to your reply you were happy we connected? Seriously?!?

Communication was top notch. I feel the company keeps you well informed from beginning to end.

Everyone we delt with should have known the facts about adopting a pup. The last puppy shots were not given, if they were they were not documented. We were told that this puppy was AKC registered, should have been for the price we paid, but no document of such. When we paid for Tiger we were told that leash, harness, and bowls would be provided, they weren't. We were also told that a rabies shot would be provided, was not.
