Very knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end

I didn’t know what to expect at first but everybody at puppyspot made the process so efficient, constant updates throughout the whole process, helpful information and tips would be sent at least twice a week until the arrival of my new puppy ! I was so happy to finally hold my new little addition in my arms. I would 100% without a doubt recommend puppy spot to anyone looking for a new doggie!

My puppy is wonderful. Everyday he is a joy. The process finding him was simple. My questions were answered in a timely manner. The delivery process was also very effective. He arrived happy and communications were excellent. I was however disappointed with how my questions were handled after he was purchased. It took two phone calls to find out how tall he was. As a result ,I had to return my original crate and purchase a new one. When I first called I was told that information was not available. When I called back I spoke with the same person and it was obvious he had been misinformed and at that point he reached out to the breeder and answered my question. I was also disappointed when I checked his health paperwork to find no record of required vaccinations . I only received a copy of his rabies vaccination. I had to call to get a copy of his routine vaccinations. Overall ,my puppy is wonderful but I expected these important details surrounding his purchase to be handled with more efficiency based on the price point of puppy spot puppies.

I would not suggest this company to anyone. As soon as I inquired about the dogs they were very eager to call, but once purchased I barely talk to anybody. Didn’t have any information about the breeder. Emailed multiple times. Got a response back saying we’ll know sometime “soon” about your dog. It was ridiculous. You spend over $5000 and don’t have hardly any information. Even when I was told I would have the breeders information in 48 hours after purchase I didn’t have it until 24 hours before pick up. It was absolutely the worst experience and I would never ever recommend them to anyone or ever go through them again. The only good thing about this was that one person would text me back and his name was Jordan. But he couldn’t give me any information either. It was like you were in limbo for the week hoping and praying that this isn’t a scam that you would actually get the dog and the right dog!!
