The 12 week old puppy we purchased has kennel cough. The puppy coughed our whole ride home . Service with salesperson was good until after payment then hard to get in touch with people.

I have been looking for a puppy for quite a while. I've looked locally and looked up reputable breeders online. When I found PuppySpot on line I was very skeptical, I had seen other websites like it but was afraid to invest the amount of funds for my perfect fur baby on those websites. When I found my fur baby on PuppySpot, I called to speak to a representative with a list of very detailed questions. After speaking to the representative I was more confident that I was not going to get scammed. The entire process was completed within no time, we were discussing picking up my little Sweetheart. I live within 5 hours of the breeders so we decided to have a PuppySpot arranged concierge pickup. We picked Xavier up that following Friday. From the second I held him I was in love. He is such a loving little fellow, he started giving me kisses right away and he fell asleep in my arms like that was where he was born to be. The communication was great from all employees of Puppyspot. The travel arrangements needed changed and I paid for puppy delivery. Also, the communication was great from the pet transport company. My puppy is the cutest little guy and very healthy and I know Puppyspot cares about having quality fur babies.
