Beware of Unauthorized Subscription Charges – Read Before You Buy I want to warn others to closely monitor your credit card if you purchase from PuppyPad. The product itself is average at best. We have five dogs, and only one showed any interest in using the pad. Unfortunately, the bigger issue wasn’t the product—it was the subscription practices. Like many people, I made a late-night purchase after seeing an ad on Instagram and did not catch the fine print. Shortly after, I began receiving recurring charges for additional products (soap sheets and spray) that I did not intend to subscribe to. I submitted three separate cancellation requests on: March 30, 2026 April 12, 2026 April 24, 2026 Each time, Emma from Customer Success confirmed the subscription would be canceled. Despite those confirmations, I received a new order confirmation: Order #24235OP on May 1, 2026 at 8:43 PM This clearly shows the subscription was never actually canceled. I then had to submit a fourth cancellation request immediately after that charge. On May 2, I received a response from Emma acknowledging the issue and even asking for a Trustpilot review—despite the problem still not being resolved. Then finally, on May 3, I was notified that the May 1 charge of $39.98 would be refunded. This was from Emma on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 9:21pm Bottom line: No one “got it right.” The subscription was not canceled after multiple requests, and it took four attempts and significant follow-up to fix something that should have been handled the first time. This was a frustrating and time-consuming experience that should not happen to customers.

I love the puppy pads. They are the best ones I have used. They wash perfectly and I've had 3 pads for about a year and they look and work like they are brand new.

I was very impressed with how they handled my purchase and in solving my problem. They were always ready to give me advice as to how to help my old dog use the pads. Puppypads is a great company to do business with.
