It's not what I do and don't like. I have answered this question before. I don't have a puppy yet, it's being born around Christmas time. Please don't keep asking, I get bombarded with emails as soon as I buy something and it gets a bit tedious.

The pads do attract our puppy to use them. They are very thin and the urine does soak through. Also, I thought there was a spray bottle of pheromones included to refresh pads. I did not receive that in my shipment. I’ve started to put 2 pads on top of each other. The thickness needs to be addressed, not as absorbent as advertised. At $149 for 2packages of 3 and 3 each is high for a ‘too thin’ pad?!? Please send spray that was NOT included. Best regards, GS

The communication with the company is great and personalized to the experience we’re having. But we are not having success with our puppy using the pads. We’ll keep trying as Emma has suggested and hope things eventually click with Tinker.

Need to find a way to cancel subscription

Too many requests to get more product. Our dog does not use much, rarelty uses the pads. More as an emergency. Therefore do not need as much detergent etc for a regular subscription.

My puppy unfortunately will not use it. He did twice. I had these things for two months. My puppy just will not use it. He uses it for a sleeping on, but not for the purpose. I bought it for. I even used the detergent to enhance the scent, but he still won’t use it. I know sometimes things just don’t quite work the way it should but it’s OK.

I purchased my Puppy Pad in October of 2025. It didn't work at all. That's fine, it came with a 90 day money back guarantee. I returned it and never received a credit. There isn't a phone number that I can find to call them. I emailed them, and I only received AI responses telling me that I would get my refund. Now I have to sue them for my $88. I should have told my credit card about this fraud, but I waited over the 90 days. Update: After writing my review, I immediately heard from Puppy Pad and they were very apologetic. It took them only 5 days for me to receive my refund after they emailed me. I am very happy that I don't have to go to small claims court. It is very nice when a company makes things right. I'm going to raise my experience from a 1 star to a 3 star.
