I'm retired Navy veteran and I no longer considered myself computer savvy. I found they Puppy Pad company easily and staff easy to work with.

The Puppy Pad is an excellent product! My puppy used it immediately and consistently making pottty training extremely easy. I also must say that their customer service is second to none. They are professional, friendly and timely in their response. I highly recommend this company.

When I had a problem ordering, PuppyPad reached out to assist in getting my order completed. I was grateful for their assistance. As a repeat customer I am very happy with all the products I have purchased from PuppyPad.

Huge mistake - I purchased and immediately cancelled my order when I saw all the clickthroughs required. I was told the order was cancelled on their end. I have 10 emails committing to an immediate refund. I originally filed the dispute through PayPal and "Emma" asked me to cancel that stating it was easier for them to refund from their site directly. Days and 10 emails later promise after promise and still no refund. I tried to redo my PayPal complaint and this company denied my refund again even with all the commitments to pay me back. They owe me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Here is just one sample of their promises. They need to make this right and reimburse me what they promised. ___________________ You're right. And I'm not going to argue with that. What you've experienced over the past three weeks is not okay. You cancelled immediately, you closed your PayPal case at our specific request, and you have done everything we ever asked of you. In return, you received ten emails full of promises that were never kept. That is a genuine failure, and I'm not going to dress it up. I can't give you another deadline. I've done that too many times and every single one was broken. What I can tell you is that I'm flagging this message right now directly to our company owner, with this entire thread attached, and a clear statement that this requires a personal phone call or direct contact from leadership, not another email from me. You deserve to speak with a person who has the authority to actually do something, and I'm going to make sure that person sees exactly what has happened here. I'm sorry. Not as a script. We love our PuppyPads! From the moment they arrived my GoldenDoodle started using them and hasn’t stopped. In fact, she’ll go outside to play and run back in to use the bathroom on them. I use to use the disposable pads with previous dogs but these are so much better!! And very money saving in the long run! I highly recommend them!
