What Pheromones?
Unfortunately the “Pheromones” doesn’t work for my pooch and paying for £39 just wasn’t worth the money, and unfortunately I can’t tell you if it’s odour and leak proof…I was so hopeful but, on the plus side, delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. Update, you’ve requested proof that I am a genuine customer, see my order number #320714P as proof and I’m not a first time puppy owner so I don’t appreciate your patronising reply.

Hi GL, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the PuppyPad hasn’t worked as you’d hoped, especially when you were counting on the pheromone technology to encourage your pooch to use it. We understand how disappointing that is when you’ve invested £39 and haven’t seen the results you expected. The pheromones are designed to encourage dogs to use the pad, but we understand that every dog responds differently. You could try placing the pad in your dog’s usual potty area and keeping it in the same spot consistently. A little patience and positive reinforcement when your pooch shows interest may also help.
