Product is great but because of the subscription service I received too much product than I could use during the time period. It took a while for me to cancel the subscription items so I did not receive any more.

I must say I was very skeptical about the puppy pads. Even my husband said they probably wouldn’t work. In the first week of having our puppy and using the puppy pads we were amazed at how consistently our puppy used them without even being led to them. We can count on one hand the number of accidents there have been and to us that is amazing!!! We washed our first pad after a few days and let me say it was pretty stained and nasty with some loose stools from adjusting to the change in food and environment. We used the cleaning sheets and it came out of the wash looking brand new again. No stains!!! Thank you for producing such an amazing product. I highly recommend your puppy pads and have been telling everyone how wonderful they are. Puppy pads equal happy puppy and even happier puppy parents❤️

Our dog (little dog -weighs 7 lbs) is an older dog (14) and used one of the pads once. Never again. They had a 90 day warranty and we tried for 6 weeks before contacting the company. They kept trying to talk us into keeping the pads (we bought a weeks worth) and making suggestions on how to make them work. We gave it 2 more weeks. No luck. So I emailed and asked for the return address. They said we'd have to pay for return shipping and packaging. That was never mentioned before. It took a week of constant (daily) asking before they gave us the return address. Then we paid $27 to return the pads to get $135 back. Then they ghosted us. They never responded to any further emails asking if they'd received the package and where was our refund? I tried twice a week for over a month and never received either a response or our refund. Very very disappointed with this company. Puppypad reached out, but they didn't give me an email address to reach out to them. Puppypad, please provide an email address because I don't know if the problem was that the email contact I had was wrong.
