DO NOT BUY THESE PADS
If I could give a zero, I would. I bought 6 pads for $149.00! Yes, $149.00!!! The ad said puppies would no longer miss the pad. Upon providing the pad, my pup thinks its their new bed, got up, left the pad and pee'd OFF the pad. My pup occupies about 10% of the pad. The seller said the pad wasn't big enough and to put down 2 pads and wait 2 weeks!! Appalling and negligent response. DO NOT BUY THESE PADS!!

We did review the email conversation between you and our support team. When you explained that your pup was leaving the pad, Emma shared some suggestions and tried to find ways to help you get your pup comfortable using it. When you later requested a refund, she also explained the return process under our 90-day guarantee. You ultimately chose to accept a 50% refund of $74.50 and keep all six pads.
