I needed to return the product. Sarah from customer service contacted me & helped me take care of the entire return. She just couldn't of been any more thoughtful. These pads are absolutely the best!! If I ever get another dog, I would definitely buy these before I bought the puppy. I strongly recommend this product !!!! CS

We bought several pads and placed them in areas that would b2e needed, our puppy has not used the pads and this was a complete waste of money. I looked up reviews and most were 5, must have been a different pad than we ordered.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when you’ve purchased several and haven’t seen the results you were hoping for. One thing you can try is placing a pad directly in the area where your puppy most often has accidents. You can also put a small amount of urine on the pad to help them associate the scent with the appropriate potty spot.
