Website worked find. The app however would say often no puppies in my area or surrounding areas. But when in the website everything worked great. Found my new puppy last week and process was smooth.

Could you reach out to our customer service team with the following information? 1. iPhone or Android, and which app version? (Version is usually under Settings → About.) 2. What ZIP code were you searching, and what distance did you have set? 3. Did you allow the app to use your location when it asked — or did you type the ZIP in yourself? 4. Were any filters on (breed, age, price) when it said no puppies were available? 5. When you searched that same ZIP on the website, were the filters the same? Please email us at [email protected].
