Quick delivery even though one scooter was a day late it arrived and customer service were very good and the quick response to email.

Good customer service
Good customer service - bike arrived in 5 days here in UK. Faultless on assembly. Punkride remains the cheapest place to buy a Hidoes B6.

The complete experience from start to finish was AMAZING the product was at my home less than 3 days after purchase the scooter IX4 is even better than my expectations it’s AMAZING QUALITY and the after sales customer service is more than acceptable in summary if you are looking for scooter don’t hesitate buy a IX4 from PUNKRIDE

The bike was delivered within 3 fay so…they delivered like they said .
The bike was delivered within 3 fay so I can't complain The bike was easy to but together and is dxcelent but I've had to take the throttle as it was to sensitive .but I'm not sure it's Road legal as the speed on it is well to fast a younger person would love it but being a lady of an older generation it scares me to death.ive wrote to Penkridge and asked if I can swap it for a smaller powerd bike thank you waiting to hear from them.......!!!?

fantastic good company and very nice people who work there. I bought a really nice scooter from them, which unfortunately turned out to have a fault with the battery, I contacted the support and they responded immediately and promised without hesitation to fix the problem, which they did. I recommend everyone not to be influenced by other people's negative reviews about Punkrider, but trust them and don't forget to be very respectful, and you will get help from those who work there. I am very satisfied as a customer and will not hesitate to shop there again. I give them 5 stars.

Bezorging duurde een paar dagen langer Na communicatie direct mijn expres kosten vergoed gekregen Ook het verschil, omdat hij een week later goedkoper was door de zomer korting Zeer goede communicatie met het team Ook zeer snel in reactie Vandaag in elkaar gezet, erg makkelijk (enkel stuur en spatboord ) Alles werkt top Zeer solide step Binnenkort naar Tsjechië de heuvels in P.s er zit ook een heel handig stevig soort klein rugzakje bij voor aan het stuur Handig voor een slot en mijn portemonnee

I ordered the iscooter i10 max on Sunday and received it yesterday the delivery was good and they reply to their emails pretty quickly so I would recommend ordering from here
