In Sept i bought an electric step for my son and Unfortunately the scooter stopped functioning after two weeks. And 4 months later we are still waiting for a solution. After sending several e-mails, pictures, video’s they are still not able to solve the issue. This should be very simple to solve; either repair, send us a new working product or a refund. Hopefully they will reach out and solve this.

Unfortunately, our sons scooter stopped functioning after two weeks and the solution they offered didn’t solve the problem. They keep apologizing over and over again, for 4 months now. However , they didn’t provide us with the right parts we asked for (this is what the repairshop told us we should get). The scooter broke within 2 weeks, which is still within the warranty period. We didn’t got our money back nor the option to return it with free shipmentcosts. This process has been all very dreadful.

I bought this scooter with a seat, the seat didn't fit and I emailed several times but didn't get a response. I tried many emails and eventually received a response to return in the original packaging and if all was correct on receipt they will refund me. I never received the correct items as the seat was faulty to begin with and why would I keep such packaging to return. I still have not received any assistance and the scooter has been unfit for purpose, there is no after sales, no customer services and no refund when faulty goods are sent. I also found that the trains will not allow these scooters as they are a fire hazard which is also worrying. In response to your reply. I have contacted your customer care many times in the past nearly four months and had one reply which was to fill a form in and nothing since. This has been a costly experience

For det første er leveringen meget langsom. Da jeg modtog mit el-løbehjul virkede det ikke og det tog dem 14 dage at beslutte at jeg kunne sende det til Tyskland for reparation for egen regning ca 650 kr. De var ikke til at hugge eller stikke i så nu har jeg modtaget 510 kr for få en dansk tekniker til fikse det. Det dækker hverken halvt eller helt. Meget skuffet over at retur ikke er gratis når deres udstyr ikke virker. Har tabt ca 1200 kr på dette bekendtskab. Et godt råd køb hos en dansk forhandler.

Advertised as Irish Stock with a Delivery Date of 18/12 ( before Christmas) Tracking says my item is in Germany. Item location misrepresentation so you feel more comfortable with ordering. Not on! Especially around Christmas.

I ordered a scooter on Nov 11th for my sons bday, I’ve had no order update and no delivery, even though it said max 2-4 days delivery. I’ve emailed with no response and need to know what’s going on….. not good enough

Ordered a E bike advert saying easy to carry and picture of one man which looked like he'd put it in the car boot himself, but when delivered I couldn't move it, asked to return cost was £120, reason was needed 2 men to lift it, so why say easy to carry, false advertising and having to wait over a month for money back,

Absolutely terrible company!! Purchased an electric scooter, and within 2 says of having it, it isn't working, seems like a faulty battery, emailed the company multiple times, sent over our warranty, and videos showing what is wrong with the scooter and have received no correspondence, and there's no other way of contacting anyone over the telephone, my son is devastated after getting this for his birthday and it only lasting 2 days!! Do not buy from these scammers!
