5 star Customer Service.
I’ve bought this scooter for my son just after Christmas and I was a little apprehensive because I’ve read some reviews about the service. My son decided he wanted a different model and so I tried to cancel the order by email with customer service,Now the item was already on its way and I was advised just to not accept the order “or refuse it”and it would be returned and a refund would be given no problem. They seemed to be a problem with the return as it seemed too take a very long time to get back to their warehouse “This needed to happen before they could issue a refund “ Anyway I was back and forth with customer service and they were professional and very polite and understand the frustration. In the end they accepted it wasn’t good and not acceptable and gave my refund..whilst they chase up the courier or warehouse. Whilst I can’t comment on the E-scooter..The company or Business are great to deal with and on the ball every step of the way. I would use them again without hesitation. 5 stars 🌟

This is a top choice Chinese bike with 30mph top speed
This is a top choice Chinese bike with an unrestricted top speed of around 30mph - if you are on private land and in the UK… Range is circa 22 miles unrestricted and over 30 restricted and with some pedalling. The only defect is too short mudguards. I’ve seen examples with over 4,000km on the clock without a service.
Response from Punk RideNov 18, 2025
Hi Albert, Thank you for your detailed review and feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the bike’s performance and range. Regarding the mudguards, we appreciate your observation and will take it into consideration for future improvements. It’s great to hear that some users have been able to enjoy the bike for thousands of kilometers. Best regards, The Punk Ride Team
