I’m so glad to have chosen Pumpkin pet insurance on my new French bulldog puppy. I did my due diligence in investigating all the available insurance companies. But by far, no insurance out there provides the level of service and coverage for my new addition. I highly recommend the peace of mind for anyone looking to provide coverage for any pet. Every representative within this organization has been compassionate and understanding when dealing with unplanned veterinarian visits. Pumpkin is the best! I really spent a lot of time and research on picking the right insurance company for my 2 beautiful Maine Coon cats. I wanted it to be convenient (submitting claims on line) and great customer service - Pumpkin has surpassed my expectations. I tell everyone I know about Pumpkin Insurance and I can tell you - you won't be disappointed :-)

Pumpkin was easy to sign up for. Sales rep on the phone was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. I would have given 5 Stars, but when I had a claim, I waited on hold for 1+ hours for a claims rep and finally gave up. Guessed how to answer a couple of the claim questions and submitted it. Electronic response was fast and professional. Pumpkin paid the claim per the agreement and within their stated time period I received a check. Overall, I am pleased with Pumpkin and their rates are competitive. 4 Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
