My pup’s vet recommended Pumpkin. I was skeptical at first as I’ve heard so many stories about animal insurance not being sufficient and ultimately a waste of money. However, I am pleasantly surprised with Pumpkin. I submitted my pup’s receipts for his annual and was refunded within just a few days via direct deposit for the full preventative visit through his essentials plans. The insurance options are flexible and with the essentials plan added, the peace of mind is worth it. I never want to need any of it besides the essentials to cover his annual but isn’t that how all insurance works? It’s best to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Very happy with my vet’s recommendation!

did not receive 1 order, but was charged for it. WILL ARRIVE! IT is extremely frustrating, especially when it was expected it to be deliered in a timely fashion. FURTHER, THERE IS NO WAY TO KOW WHEN THE ITEMS/PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE! Receive too many irrelevant emails. ie requests for information i could not have experienced.

Great communication. Rep was eager to help and very personable.

I thought the explanations were great She made sure I understood and I was getting the best coverage for my 😺 kitty.

The representative took Her time explaining about the insurance options.

Haven't made an appointment for my chiweenie yet but it is affordable.
