We've had a couple of major procedures done to our Lab and there has never been an issue with getting our claim paid. From submitting online to the payment process, everything has been seamless and quick. Very pleased we chose Pumpkin and so is our dog!

One of our cats had a mysterious illness. Tests were inconclusive and she slowly got better. We submitted 4 claims that were paid promptly. Prior to submitting the claims, I had questions and called customer service.
