Overall great experience with company. Paid claims quickly. Reasonable premium prices considering the age of my cat. Even sent a memorial candle after he passed away. Very caring.

Very easy claims-submission process. I've had to submit multiple claims due to our pup's liver issues & they've always reimbursed per the policy- I've not had a problem in the last several years. Additionally, the communication from Pumpkin is always very prompt. I did a lot of research before choosing this company and I've been really pleased.
