The personalized customer experience with this company is stellar. My sweet pup was diagnosed with Addison's disease after a lengthy (and expensive) sickness. Pumpkin was so quick in processing claims and depositing funds that I was able to keep paying for vet services throughout the illness. Then when he swallowed a cat toy, the rep I spoke with told me exactly what was needed to complete the claim and offered to reach out to the emergency clinic to request it. She followed up with me with a phone call and an email and was very kind in a stressful situation. Every rep I've talked to has been so nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend Pumpkin over and over.

Once they reviewed the case, it took about two weeks to get the first Refund. Each claim after that was very quickly less than a week, very satisfied with response time. I would definitely recommend them. Anytime that I call with questions I’m greeted with really great response and kindness. Always asking about my pets.

I haven’t file a claim yet. But just insured my pet Charlene o was so great she answered all my questions and helped me pick the right policy for me. My son and daughter in law will be picking up their new puppy in a couple of weeks and will definitely be calling pumpkin and Charlene to insure their new golden.
