Easy process and handling of our claims. We highly recommend pet owners to have Pumpkin insurance. There are no hoops to jump through when initiating a claim. Straight forward forms and expected documentation needed for claims.

Process for a claim was extremely easy and they communicated with me with any questions or information requests. With a sick cat and increasing vet bills, they make the whole experience less stressful and I can feel support to do whatever I can to help my cat.
