Pumpkin has been such a relief during a stressful time. Submitting claims was simple and straightforward, which made things so much easier. I really appreciated the regular updates on the progress of my claim, it made me feel informed and cared for. After emergency dental surgery for one of our cats, we decided we needed to sign up for pet insurance. Little did we know that about two weeks after our waiting period ended one of our sweet babies would start feeling unwell. We took her to the vet and found out that this precious four-year-old is in congestive heart failure. We have had numerous tests, including x-rays, EKGs and ultrasounds and even an overnight stay at the emergency vet with 24 hours in an oxygen chamber. Very fast processing and got my annual paid for quickly. BUT, BEWARE!! My total amount was $175 and my payment was $20/month, so I took a LOSS of over $70. Be sure you will have an annual of more than $240!!
