My dog suddenly became very ill and eventually passed. Pumpkin made covering the expense for her care and cremation painless during a time that was very emotional and stressful.

Pumpkin Ins. Offers a Wellness Plan that you pay a flat amount and they cover routine exams, annual vaccinations, etc. the plan is represented as an insurance plan, but is actually a SCAM. You sign up, pay your premiums and once you file a claim, even though it is more than you pay monthly, them decide to cancel, THEY CHARGE YOU THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT YOU HAVE PAID TO THAT POINT AND WHAT THEY PAID OUT FIRST THE “COVERED” EXPENSES!!’ They will cancel your coverage, but still expect you to pay for “covered” care. IT IS NOT INSURANCE AT ALL, BUTVA GALSE ADVERTISING, MISLEADING CONTRACT!!! IT’S A MAJOR SCAM AND I HAVE AN ATTORNEY LOOKING INTO IT TIGHT NOW!!!

this is the second year that I have this insurance and they reimburse you a great amount from your bill on things that are covered. My dog is three years old and I will use this until I don’t need it anymore. I highly recommend it.❤️❤️

Pumpkin was a life saver. My pup unfortunately had an emergency and was diagnosed with IVDD. Submitting the claim and reimbursement process was relatively simple and they were able to help cover some of the expenses and his surgery. Without Pumpkin we would have been lost as everything happened so fast. I highly recommend and also recommend just getting your fur babies covered always.
