This was our first claim with pumpkin, and it was seamless, easy and quick. I would highly recommend this insurance for anyone with a pet.

The submission and payment process was easy to navigate. They did email me instead of the clinic for records and I had to call to actually get my claim processed but it was great to know pumpkin had my back when making financial decisions for my pets care

It says that you accept predisposed conditions. I sent in a copy of the estimate that we got for my dog from the vet. My dog has an ear infection and needs her teeth cleaned but they need to put her under anesthesia to do it. But, you denied the claim. I even picked the better plan and it still got denied.

I checked into pet insurance and Pumpkin Insurance was recommended very highly. As we all know with keeping our pets healthy it can be expensive to visit the veterinary office.

We joined Pumpkin when my dog was already 10 years old. I had concerns that her medical history might prove problematic, but they signed us on with no trouble and the coverage they gave us was excellent. The team at pumpkin were always responsive and relatively fast at processing claims - especially once a precedent for a particular issue had been established. We lost our dog recently, but I’d use Pumpkin again if we ever have another dog.
