My whole experience was amazing. Shipping was much faster than expected item arrived no damages to box or bicycle in box. The delivery company also helped me carry the box up the hill. It was very simple to assemble the bicycle. I absolutely love riding this bike. It is quiet, faster than expected, and the batter life lasts a very long time. I wish I would have gotten this bike sooner.

Item was shipped quickly. Packaged really well. Bike showed up in excellent condition. Bike works great I've been riding in the woods on some pretty rugged trails with no issue.

The support team at Puckipuppy has been outstanding and prompt addressing issues and parts. I am very particular when it comes to quality and comfort and the Boxer ST exceeds them all. I have had tons of compliments on the look of the bike which was nicknamed THE BEAST. I also did my homework for researching E Bikes and this is the one we chose.
