Puckipuppy has a great product and even greater customer service. My Boxer ST is everything I hoped for and more. It’s so comfortable. I’m 5’3” and it isn’t hard for me to get on and ride. The ride is so comfortable. The bike is fast and the pedal assist is what I was looking for as a person with asthma. I had an issue with my battery (my fault) and they stepped right up to help. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Besides making a great product (incredibly sturdy trike) their service is outstanding. I made a stupid assumption and they were kind about it. When I sent a photo of a tiny part of the left mirror assembly which had been broken in shipping, they immediately are sending complete replacements for both mirrors. That plus a nice person who took my initial order. Very impressive all the way around.

I have owned my Samoyed since Sept 24. I recently washed my bike and some condensation got inside the odometer/display. Bike turning on/off intermittently. Contact PuckiPuppy and responded in half hour. They will be sending me a replacement display and hopefully be back to riding in no time. Good experience so far with customer service.
