We love our 2 boxers. They are comfortable to ride and so fun. We are now able to keep up with our middle aged kids on long rides and be more active overall. The customer service is great. Very responsive. Had a problem with an error code that they took care of by sending a replacement part quickly.

Started my interaction with PuckiPuppy by purchasing two Boxers, one of which was the st. Ended up buying two more Puckies that were the dual motor Golden Retrievers. I also purchased 4 additional 20Ah batteries as well as an upgraded gift package. All of these purchases happened during the Memorial Day and Father’s Day sales. The bikes are solid, clean, well built and designed machines. Don’t believe you could find a better bike at the price point (I looked). The customer service is prompt, accommodating, and resolute. If you have any issues they will resolve them. This company stands by its products and customers and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. What say you Kiki. S

I wasn't happy with one of the assesories to my newly purchased ebike I reached out to customer service they responded immediately they were professional and friendly and understanding to my needs and came up with a solution to my situation great customer service 👍

On April 24, 2025, I purchased my first e-bike; a Labrador Pro through Puckipuppy. I had done months of research, read reviews, and decided to select an e-bike from Puckipuppy. It was ordered with the accessory pack and extra battery. I received the accessory pack on May 1st and the Labrador Pro on May 2nd. I received numerous emails communicating with me about the arrival of the bike. I decided to go with an e-bike that required "some assembly" because my husband is very handy. It was fairly easy to assemble, and I was super excited to ride the bike. I have taken the e-bike out for many trips and really enjoy the ride. It is user friendly and has been ridden by my husband and me. We love the 0-5 assist mode and on average set the assist to 3. We had to purchase a seperate special bike rack for our SUV because we felt our old bike rack wasn't sturdy enough. It is my honor to write an honest review for Puckipuppy.

I strongly recommend this service! I encountered a problem with my seat, and I was impressed by their promptness and willingness to help. Even though the issue wasn’t covered by the warranty, they went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate their incredible service and gracious approach!

This has been such a great company to work with! So happy my boyfriend found these bikes. We have the Boxer st . They are such a great riding bike! I love them. The customer service has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to any needs we had. I would highly recommend these bikes!

I really love the bike i got the Labrador pro and the torque sensor helps the motor respond alot faster than what you'd expect, and I've ridden on a couple of different ebikes (specialized turbo levo, and Scott strike e-ride) and the power I would say compared pretty well of course the Scott and specialized have higher end gearing and suspension and other things like that making them cost between 4-8 thousand dollars but for the price range it's at, it's definitely very good, range is pretty good, Ive been able to ride 29 miles using 50% of the battery on the 5th pedal assist mode. Me personally I use it as my transportation and it gets me everywhere I need to go in a reasonable amount of time, and the throttle assist works very well, if you try to do steeper hills whether it be throttle or PAS but on your average or typical hills it does pretty good, pedaling without any PAS is very hard do to the weight of the bike, and fat tires, paired with the 8 speed rear cassette, but that being said I'd definitely recommend for someone looking for a cheaper option to get around town and get where you need to without the cost of gas and insurance it's great, and reliable. Also the turning radius is actually pretty good despite having the 4 inch tires, it has a pretty good range of motion, and perks of it is while your riding you don't feel the weight of the bike that much, unless you don't use PAS or the throttle. I've ridden it about 170mi so far
