Shady returns process
Their returns process is unlike anything I’ve experienced. In order to request a refund, I had to first send them pictures of the items I wanted to return. And then I was told that I would have to watch for the return item to be delivered to them and then notify them in order to receive my refund. What the heck?? So if a customer doesn’t track their return to you and tell you it was delivered to you, you’ll just receive the returned item but not refund the customer?! So slimy. Yet their website makes it out like the returns process is so easy. No mention of all the hurdles you have to jump through. It says, “we’re happy to refund it or provide a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. For returns, a prepaid return label will be provided, and your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method once the product is received.” This was my first purchase with public goods. I ordered 3 items and only returned 1. I will never order from them again.
