Attention to detail by the Pubby's staffers is awesome. I've only been connected one month, but within that short time I've secured 5 reviews and read some good reads too.

Fraud, shady business. Apart from various pubby problems, pubby doesn't want to issue an invoice (he only sends an "invoice" on which there is only "Pubby.co" without any details of the company, even the country in which they operate or the full name of the company.) The company is completely unreliable, it should be dealt with by the crime fighting services.

I have had very good experiences. I am a new author and this has been extremely useful. It is organized and easy to find books to review. I am enjoying reviewing other books. I have read some amazing books and just love that part of it. Yes it is a bit of work to figure out some things. It is not perfect. Nothing is! Customer service is very good. Chat/message feature is answered usually within 4 hours.

Pubby isn't perfect... but it is essential. Customer support: 10/10 Customer support is knowledgeable, helpful, and super nice. Systems: 7/10 Had two ebooks that I bought, one 4.99 and the other 2.99; although it wasn't Pubby's fault, my review never showed up as Verified even though I did buy the ebook and sent them a screen shot confirmation; I only got refunded the snaps for the first occurrence, not the second. My book sat there without anyone reader fro like a week; when I reached out to support, they recommended doing it on all formats; when I did, I got more reviews but still slow. My ebook is $0.99. So I put the book price from $2.99-$4.99 fro 2-3 days just to get more people to review. Yes, it costs a lot more snaps, but I started getting more readers. Side note: Pubby should attach a rating chart. I had two readers that left me 4-star reviews, both reviews were AWESOME! So awesome that I was surprised it was only 4 stars and not 5. Pubby should also allow us to give extra snaps to readers if it was a quality review- I've legit had someone copy my book's subtitle and had that as the review.

Recently received notice from these guys that my payment for $240 annual charge failed. (My cc company flagged it as fraud.) I then checked to find out they'd charged me that amount the previous year and it had gone through, according to my "Pubby" account. I never signed up for recurring charges. Might have signed on for a month to try it out 3 years ago. They're a rip-off outfit. Stay clear.

I've had a fantastic experience with this. No complaints. I'm so grateful for this service. I've been using it for about three months.

Just don't do it. Yes, I received a few reviews in exchange for providing reviews. However, Pubby was unable to make good on the number of reviews they claim they can provide. I have a book that has been waiting for two readers for well over two weeks. In addition, when I asked for a refund (I was foolish enough to pay for the year because I had such high hopes for the program) I cannot even get a response. I'm calling my credit card company to request that payment be blocked. Edit. After I posted several reviews of the program, I received an email telling me my money would be refunded. Eventually, it was refunded.
