They charge my card, didn't provide any service and did want to give me a refund. its 100% scam

I have used Pubby for years now. They have made it possible for my books to find an audience, not to mention the fact that I've gotten to read dozens and dozens of books by other authors like me. And then the folks that run this are the nicest people you'll ever deal with. They're a small business, they appreciate their customers, and they act like it. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Incredible experience. The staff was supportive and realistic and available. The people reading my book were honest and real. The reviews I gave had to be honest and real. Even if you speed read a book, your book is actually being read as far as I had with my experience. Really great service all around. Boosted my book exponentially. So happy I found them.

I love Pubby! In the past, I thought it was OK, but since the site updates and improved online support, it’s now a brilliant review site. There are now new options for getting reviews, a friendly and supportive team when you need help, and a dashboard that is clear and easy to use. What’s not to love? This is now my ‘Super Pubby’! If you want to pay for unverified reviews written by people who dont read your book and largely lift comments from your notes or other reviews, then this is an ideal way to waste your money and time.

I waited for 6 days and i didnt get any review, support service didnt reply. I cancelled my subscription because it was a waste of time and money.

I used pubby a couple of years ago and it worked pretty well. I will say that it says I had 243 reviews but amazon only reflected 181 so many must have been scams which stinks because I paid for the subscription. Fast forward to now. I tried them again and I totally regret it. It is a horrible experience. I have reviews that don't show up, snaps that have been taken away after doing the work and submitting the reviews. No customer service or AI customer service. It has been nothing but wasted money and frustration. I would run not walk away from this site. I don't know what changed but it is not worth the money try some of the other sites instead.
