Looks good and works well.
Works well on keeping litter in. Big enough for my 3 year old cat that ways about 10lbs

Good all around
The product is good and the customer service is great. The litter box is as advertised and has a ton of useful parts - it is pleasantly high quality and affordable. I also ordered the wrong size and was able to replace it with a smaller one. I was grateful for their responsiveness.
