This is my second time purchasing insurance from Pteet and thankfully I've never needed to file a claim but I absolutely love how easy it is to purchase online, the coverage offered and just knowing if anything happens, I won't have to worry.

Thanks Ashley for the enthusiastic review! So glad you found the process straight forward and had peace of mind while renting! If you ever do need to make a claim is really quick, simple and all done online! Safe travels! Pteet.com Team

I asked for my policy to be cancelled, because my flight and car were all cancelled due to the coronavirus. They didn't contact me back at all and left the charge on my card.
Response from Pteet.comApr 8, 2020
Hello Ashley - thanks for taking the time to make a review! We hear you load and clear and apologize for the delay in your refund being made. It appears there was a large backlog for manually refunded requests due to all the coronavirus related cancellations. Please know that your policy was cancelled a couple days ago and you should see it shortly on your credit card. Also due to the inconvenience of the delay we've emailed you an Amazon gift card. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Safe travels! Pteet.com Team
